In addition to educational programmes leading to certification in the Italian language, IDEA VERONA organises profession-based and specialised courses, laboratories and courses in micro-languages and specialist professional language.
SPECIAL COURSES - IBC - IL BEL CANTOIdea Verona has a special relationship with the world of opera. For many years the school has organised courses, events and other activities geared towards operatic performance, and also works in conjunction with the Foundation for the Arena in Verona. “Il Bel Canto”, an initiative which began in 1998, is a practical course for professional and semi-professional singers with a repertoire in Italian opera. The course does not deal with vocal technique, but rather with language learning and coaching in diction, with piano accompaniment. The teachers work on the area of pronunciation, a fundamental element for improving one’s interpretation of operatic pieces. For further information...
The student attends a group Italian course as well as carrying out on-the-job training (on an individual basis) for a minimum of three months with one of the many prestigious companies and organizations based in Verona. The company will be matched to the preferred area of employment expressed by the student when he/she signed up for the course. For this course, the school works in conjunction with Verona Innovazione, the special department within the Verona Chamber of Commerce that deals with such work experience courses. CORSI SPECIALI - LE SETTIMANE CULTURALI
Si organizzano lezioni-incontro attorno a un tema culturale, musicale, culturale o artistico significativo. Sono circoli di conversazioni italiane, e comprendono visite e il cosiddetto "italiano visuale": imparare visitando i luoghi significativi per il tema culturale prescelto. Un'occasione per scoprire la propria passione in una dimensione tutta italiana. I partecipanti saranno in parte accolti in un palazzo d'epoca, situato di fronte all'Arena, ospiti dei soci del circolo più prestigioso di Verona: la Società Letteraria. I partecipanti potranno godere in modo esclusivo dell'accoglienza loro riservata da una delle più importanti e vivaci realtà culturali.
SETTIMANE CULTURALI - IL - ITALIANO LETTERARIO: viaggio linguistico nell'Italia letteraria, per gustare i classici della letteratura, da Dante a oggi, attraverso il piacere della lettura e della scrittura in lingua italiana. Il corso si compone di una parte generale e di una monografica. Verona, città italiana tra le massime ispiratrici di poeti, artisti e amanti di tutti i tempi, propone inoltre con la scuola un'esperienza diretta sulla scrittura amorosa, in collaborazione con il Club di Giulietta. SETTIMANE CULTURALI - AF - AFFRESCO: corso creativo, per studiare italiano e apprendere una tecnica moderna di affresco, secondo la tipica arte italiana. Alla fine del corso, lo studente sarà il proprietario del suo lavoro. Dato il carattere manuale del corso, è idoneo a qualsiasi livello di conoscenza della lingua italiana. Scarica PDF - AFFRESCO
SETTIMANE CULTURALI - TO - IL TEATRO D'OPERA: ascolti e analisi di libretti, dialoghi, spettacoli, visite tematiche sulla lirica. Al termine i partecipanti scopriranno e toccheranno con mano quale filo lega l'Italia e Verona con il mondo dell'Opera. A breve la brochure!
