Opera Festival
Every summer, in Verona’s Roman Amphitheatre, known as the Arena, the Opera Festival takes place, with the representation of great operas, such as the unforettable Aida, by Giuseppe Verdi. The school, during the Arena opera season,offers the special course called “Il Bel Canto”, designed for lovers of opera. IDEA VERONA is very attentive to all the initiatives organized within the sphere of music and opera in Verona, and offers its students the opportunity to take part in many different opportunities including (ensemble rehearsals, general rehearsals, and backstage visits…)

Verona is a center for very exhibitions and important cultural events, such as “Vivi la casa”(a commercial exhibition of classic and modern furniture solutions, products and services for the house and for married couples; held in January and February), “Fieragricola/Agrifood” (an international agriculture and livestock fair, held in March), “Vinitaly” (International Wine Fair, in April), “Tesori del Tempo” (Treasures of Time, an antiques fair, in April and March), the Cinema Festival “Schermi d’Amore” (Screens of love, in April and May), “Veronafil” (a philatelic, numismatic and paper exhibition, in May and October), “Abitare il Tempo” (Living Time, International Fair of Interior Decoration, in September), Marmomacc (International Exhibition of marbles, stones, and related technologies, in October), “Fiera Cavalli” (International horse fair and showroom of equipments and horse activities, in November), Job & Orienta (School, Orientation, Education and Work, in November), “Vivi la città in fiera”, any many photographic exhibitions.

Verona is a stones throw from many important historical and cultural cities including Venice, Padua, Mantua, Treviso, Trento, and Bologna which are all easily reachable by train or by car.
