HOW TO APPLY
No special pre-requisites are necessary to attend our courses.
Complete the application form 2013 indicating your preferences, and send it to IDEA VERONA by mail, fax or e-mail.
Pay the required deposit (€ 200,00 + € 68,00 for up to 4 weeks, € 400,00 + € 68,00 for up to 8 weeks...) using one of the methods specified in the application form. All banking and postal charges are at the student's expense.
Upon receipt of the application and deposit, IDEA VERONA will send the student a letter of admission and confirmation of their enrolment. Students may the balance of their course fees prior to their arrival or during the first week of the course.
IDEA VERONA suggests that the application be submitted at least one month in advance of the desired start of the program. For late applications, please call the school to ensure availability. Students who require accommodation must submit their request 45 days before the starting date of the chosen course.
STUDENT VISA
The school can issue valid declarations which the student can use to obtain a student visa at the Italian Embassy in the student's home country. The declaration issued after payment of the deposit for the course(s). Please note that it is not possible to cancel or modify the course dates for which the student has obtained a visa, and each declaration must match the specific courses for which the student has applied. Students who are unable to attain a visa will be reimbursed only after they return the original declaration to IDEA VERONA. The declaration must arrive at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the course to ensure a full reimbursement. Students who are experiencing delays in processing their visa should immediately inform the school about any delay and a possible change in the arrival date. Students applying for multiple courses may not use the deposit paid for one course to clear the payment of any other, after receiving the student visa.
