REGLAMENTO

1. TERMS - By submitting the application form, the student agrees to abide by the rules of the school.

2. ENROLMENT FEE - The enrolment fee is € 68.00, and is required for all Italian language courses. Includes the educational material and any additional learning resources, and is valid for 12 months from the date of subscription.

3. COURSE FEE - The course fee includes the entrance test, lessons, and a certificate of attendance.

4. LESSON LENGTH - Classes are all 50 minutes long.

5. CLASS FORMATION - The morning is divided in courses of 2 hours each, whose duration may change depending on the number of students. Each class has a minimum of 4 students and is based on levels of linguistic homogeneity: levels are established by the entrance exam in which student's linguistic skills and motivation are evaluated. At the time that this minimum number is not reached, the course will be reduced by 30 minutes. If a student is the only one to take part in a course, the course will be transform into private lessons at the cost of € 40,00 per hour.

6. HOLIDAYS - The school complies with Italian public holidays (national and religious), so it will be closed on the following dates: Monday after Easter, April 25 (Liberation), May 1 (Labour Day), June 2 (Republic Day), August 15 (Ferragosto), November 1 (All Saints) and December 8 (Immaculate Conception). The lessons that fall on these days will not be recoverable.

7. BANK AND POSTAL FEES - The costs related to the deposit transfer shall be borne by the student.

8. DEPOSIT, BALANCE, AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Enrollment and Deposit: To officially confirm your course booking, a deposit of 25% of the total tuition feeplus the enrollment fee are required.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled no later than the first day of the course.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, international checks.
- Bank Charges: Please note that all bank transfer fees or transaction commissions are to be covered by the student.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- Cancellations with more than 30 days' notice: In the event of a cancellation communicated more than 30 days prior to the course start date, the full amount paid will be refunded, with the exception of the €68.00 enrollment fee, which is non-refundable.
- Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the start date: If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before the agreed start date, 50% of the total course cost will be refunded.
- Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice: No refund will be provided for cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice.
- Refunds after arrival and course interruption: Once the stay has begun, should the student fail to attend or choose to interrupt the course before its scheduled conclusion, they will not be entitled to any refund.
- Missed lessons: Lessons missed for reasons not attributable to the school cannot be made up or refunded.
- Course breaks: Any planned breaks or interruptions in attendance must be scheduled and agreed upon with the school office prior to the start of the course. Changes cannot be accepted once the course has started.


ACCOMMODATION
10. Students who request accommodation are assumed to be adults. If the student is a minor, they must present a written request signed by the parents with a copy of their identity documents at registration, which states that the school is relieved of all liability with regard to the child.

11. The student's confirmed accommodation may not be cancelled, and implies in any case the payment of the full amount. The school reserves the right to evaluate any specific cases according to its own discretion.

12. Payment for accommodation must be made within the first school day in the manner described at the time of assignment.

13. Students who reside in housing managed by the school are required to notify Idea Verona of any change of plans (early or delayed departure, hospitality at the accommodation of relatives or friends, etc...). Idea Verona reserves the right to make changes to accommodation arrangements only if necessary.

14. Students are solely responsible for any damage that would be caused both inside and outside the facility. This also applies to any damage that would be caused to school property, by the student or any third parties. In no event shall the school be held responsible or jointly responsible.

15. Any dispute will be settled by the Court of Verona.
